Terms of Use

Terms governing the use of the Invix platform

Last updated: 20 March 2026

1. Service scope

Invix is a platform for managing company invoices, received documents, document exports, and related statistics. The service also includes company management, user roles, company profile data, and import of documents from email IMAP accounts.

2. Account and access

Users must protect their login credentials and use the service in compliance with applicable law. Data access is tied to membership in a specific company and assigned role (for example owner/admin/member).

3. Feature usage

Users can create and edit invoices, upload received documents (PDF/images), trigger automated processing, export documents (ZIP/PDF), manage company branding assets (logo/stamp), and configure IMAP accounts to import email attachments.

4. External services and integrations

Some features use third-party services depending on configuration: AI document extraction (Gemini), exchange rates (Frankfurter), IMAP servers of email providers, and public datasets for legal entities. By using the service, you acknowledge such integrations may be required for full functionality.

5. Responsibility for content

Users are responsible for legality and accuracy of uploaded documents, invoicing data, and data imported from external mailboxes. Automated AI outputs are assistive only and must be reviewed before use.

6. Service availability

The operator aims for high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary limitations may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.

7. Security and restrictions

Unauthorized access attempts, security bypassing, service disruption, or unlawful use are prohibited. Violations may result in access suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual property

The application, its code, design, and technical solution are protected by intellectual property rights. Users receive a non-exclusive right to use the service within contractual scope.

9. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy document, which forms part of these terms.

10. Termination of use

Users may stop using the service at any time. The operator may restrict or terminate access in case of breach of terms, legal obligations, or security rules.

11. Changes to terms

The operator may reasonably update these terms. The current version is available on this page with the latest update date.

12. Contact and governing law

Contact details, contractual specifics, and governing-law provisions are defined in individual contractual documents between operator and client.
